Trinity Shakespeare Festival -
Fort Worth, TX

Working on the Trinity Shakespeare Festival website has been a blessing and an adventure in creativity for us at Out of Nowhere. We were given the task of creating a fun, attractive and artistic site that captured the theatrical spirit of this festival.

Using a variety of textures and colors, we were able to 'build up' this site and give it a dimensional look. Splashes of white paint and stitching make this design modern and trendy, while elements of the Elizabethan period (that Shakespeare lived in) are captured in the torn cloth at the edges of the main content area. The watercolor element in the background is representative of Fort Worth's Trinity River.

As with all of our designs, we were very thoughtful of the target audience for the Trinity Shakespeare Festival: patrons of the arts. We balanced captivating that audience through beautiful images and design elements with guiding viewers to important information about the shows.
